Vegetable Inks

Vegetable based inks are made with a proportion of vegetable oil rather than petroleum oil. Being partially made with renewable resources such as soy, linseed and corn and less non-renewable resources such as petroleum oil means there is much less harm to the environment. Vegetable based inks may also reduce the levels of VOC’s (volatile organic compounds) in the printing process.
